Meet Our Groomers!
Tish
Owner/Head Groomer
Tish has been an avid animal lover all of her life and started her career working with
animals in a veterinary setting in 1990. After graduating from The Georgia Academy of
Pet Styling in 1996, Tish groomed at a veterinary clinic in Norcross for 5 years before
creating her own business Tish’s Loving Care. In order to spend more time with her young family, Tish sold this successful business, wrote a book (about grooming) and continued to groom pets at various shops, for several rescue groups and in her home for her loyal clientele. In 2014, she decided it was time to grow again and began the journey of TLC Pet Spa!
Tish’s family consists of her supportive husband, 2 helpful children, 3 dogs, "several" cats, and 2
birds! In her rare free time, Tish likes to travel, read, go the movies and work in her yard. Tish also works with Davis Manufacturing (a company that makes great products for veterinarians and groomers) as a speaker at Grooming Continuing Education Seminars and at their trade show booths around the country as well as acting as a consultant for their new products for veterinarians and groomers.
Tish’s favorite part of her career is getting to know each pet over time and grooming
them throughout their lifetime.
Jenny
Jenny
Jenny joined TLC Pet Spa in July 2017. She is a Georgia native and has been working with dogs in grooming and boarding since 2009. In 2013, she decided to get her formal education at The Paragon School of Grooming in Michigan which is when she began her professional grooming career. Jenny's favorite part of grooming is "working with so many beautiful breeds".
Jenny is the proud mother of a large, blended family with 8 kids and 3 grandkids!
Jenny has 3 furry kids - a Burnese Mountain Dog named Floki, a Bull Terrier named Georgia and a Shih Tzu Mix named Winslow. She also has 2 cute cats. In her free time, Jenny loves to workout with her husband, Pete, and play raquetball - but NOTHING beats having quality time with all of her kids and grandkids in one place!
Kristen joined TLC in August 2018 with 7 years of grooming experience. She was looking for a salon that focused on quality over quantity which is exactly the way we feel at TLC! Her grooming skills are also very nice - the dogs she grooms are happy and look amazing!
Kristen is married with a 10 year old son and a new baby on the way! She will be going on maternity leave early December 2025 with a plan to return in the spring of 2026.
She has 3 dogs - an American Eskimo named Finnick, a medium sized mixed breed named Sparky and a Lab Mix named Winnie. She also has a cat named Ash. When Kristen is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to audio books, shopping and studying her bible.
Kristen's favorite part of grooming is watching the makeover process for each pet and seeing how good they feel when they are finished! TLC is glad to have Kristen on our team!

Alina

​ Alina joined Team TLC in September of 2023. After working as an assistant, bather, and receptionist at TLC she apprenticed under Tish and became one of our newest groomers in early 2025, Tish believes that Alina "is a natural"!
Alina is married to Tish's son, Robby, and has 2 kitties (Romeo and Milo) as well as a mini Doodle (Oliver) of their own.
When she is not at TLC, she enjoys time with her family and pets as well as listening to music, reading books, crafting and watching horror movies.
Alina's favorite part of working at TLC Pet Spa is the energy the team brings and spending time with so many cute dogs.
Brittany
Brittany joined TLC in 2017 with 9 years​ of grooming experience. She is a busy mom of 4 children and is already teaching them some pet grooming skills!
They have a senior Beagle (Bo) and 4 cats (Flynn, Rocco, Tamale, and Sushi).
As a busy mother, Brittany finds grooming dogs to be her hobby and "me time".
When we asked Brittany what her favorite thing about working at TLC Pet Spa is - she said, "I enjoy the chill atmosphere and playful banter. The dogs enjoy the freedom and I love that they have it here! We have lots of working parts here and we make a great, fun, team! I love it here!!"
Janice
Janice joined TLC Pet Spa in August of 2025. Originally from Puerto Rico, she recently moved to our area from Alaska. Janice married her high school sweetheart and lived in Alaska for 10 years where they started their family of 3 children.
Janice has 6 years of experience as a vet assistant and transitioned over to exclusively grooming dogs and cats for the last 5 years.
Janice and her family have 2 cats (Artemis and Penelope). They also had a dog named Havana that they rescued. Havana spent her last 8 years as a part of their family and passed away on the summer solstice of 2023 surrounded by her family at the age of 14. She is sorely missed.
In her free time, Janice enjoys listening to audiobooks and spending time with her family.
He favorite part of working at TLC is being part of a team that gives compassionate care to all of the animals in our care.
