6/1/2021 - Please note - we have very limited availability for new clients and cannot take any new dogs that are over 40 pounds. Please fill out our Potential New Client Questionnaire for dogs that are 40 pounds and under and we will contact you as soon as we have availability on our schedule.
Thank you for reaching out to TLC Pet Spa for your pet’s grooming needs and services! TLC Pet Spa opened in 2015 with a small, loyal client following and has grown to be a busy, happy grooming salon. We have 10 women working together who all have 1 common goal – loving on your dogs and helping them to best enjoy their grooming experience. TLC is our Priority!
We have been blessed and love what we do. We believe in Quality over Quantity and stay steadily booked with our existing clients who make their future appointments in advance or are on rotating schedules (example – every 4 Tuesdays at 9am). For this reason, we are limited on our new client availability.
Our website is full of information for you to get to know us! Including a bio about each groomer, assistant and specific breed price ranges!
Please fill out this questionnaire to help us see if we are a good fit for your dog’s grooming needs and services. We enjoy working with the same pets throughout their lives and consider them extended family. Building relationships with our pet parents as well as the best grooming environment for their pet is very important to us.
Please fill out this form below and email it to us either through our website (copy/paste and then go to "contact us”), or copy/paste and email to email@example.com. We will reply to your “Potential New Client Questionnaire” by email after verifying your pet's vaccines and when we have appointments available to schedule new clients.
Under the advisement of our veterinarian who oversees TLC Pet Spa (Tiger Tails Animal Hospital), we will not schedule an appointment for a pet without first verifying the pet’s vaccines. We require DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella to be current for grooming. We also accept Titers that show your pet still has protection from their last vaccines or - in special cases - a letter from your veterinarian if your pet has a medical reason that it cannot be vaccinated.
